PHYSICAL THERAPY provides physical medicine to help develop or restore function, mobility, relieve pain, restore overall fitness and health. PT's provide strength training, endurance training, gait and balance training, transfers training, mobility equipment training, among others.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY provides physical medicine to help develop or recover skills needed to be self-sufficient with the activities of daily living and to return to work. OT's provide training of patients or care givers on bathing, dressing, toileting, cognitive functions, etc.

SPEECH THERAPY is also known as Speech and Language Pathology (SLP) provides physical medicine to help develop or regain speech.

SKILLED NURSING includes licensed Registered Nurses(RN) and practical nurses(LPN) offering skilled care such as vital signs check, medication management, would care, patient education on conditions and new diagnoses, and the overall management of the patient's medical condition.

MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER is a vital person regarding information on community resources, counseling for long term living arrangements, short and long term financial planning related to the medical condition and psychosocial needs of the patient.

HOME HEALTH AIDE provides services such as bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, housekeeping and assistance with doctor visits.
