JOINT-REPLACEMENT EDUCATION and TRAINING. We have planned clinical pathways for hip and knee joint replacements and orthopedic conditions which will give direction and projection of outcomes that is both practical and realistic. We will provide therapy services that will approximate the intensity and skill of services provided in rehabilitation hospitals and out-patient settings.
CARDIAC PATIENT REHABILITATION. We have planned clinical pathways for various cardiac conditions which will optimize the recovery of heart patients and lead them to their highest practicable level of function. We will provide services that can be compared to those provided in cardiac rehab centers and out-patient clinics.
